About the position

At Trädgårdsanläggare Hallblom AB, we are now looking for a landscape engineer with a focus on land for our land and garden operations. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, project managers, and supervisors, and be involved in projects from the early stages to completion and follow-up.

The role combines design, budgeting, planning, and production support and is suitable for those who want to be involved all the way – from idea to finished outdoor environment.

You will work with:

• Budgeting and tender work within land and outdoor environments
• Quantity take-off and analysis of tender documents
• Design and technical solutions for land and construction work
• Planning of resources, time, and costs
• Follow-up of finances and production in projects
• Support to management in handling changes and documentation
• Collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Some project administration
• Procurement work

Our assignments are varied and include everything from land contracts and newly established outdoor environments to cultural historical environments, schools, residential areas, and properties.

About you

We are looking for someone who is an educated landscape engineer with a clear focus on land. You enjoy working in a structured manner, have a good technical understanding, and an economic mindset in everyday life. You like to take responsibility, collaborate with others, and contribute to effective and sustainable solutions.

We would like you to:

• Be an educated landscape engineer with a focus on land/construction
• Have experience in land and construction projects, preferably in contract form
• Have experience in budgeting, quantity take-off, or design
• Be meticulous, analytical, and self-driven
• Have good collaboration skills and communicate clearly
• Express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
• Hold a B driver's license

Experience with AMA, AF parts, handling changes, reading drawings, and budgeting systems is an advantage.

Employment type

Permanent employment, full-time (40 hours/week)

We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours

• Monday–Thursday: 06:45–16:15
• Friday: 06:45–13:15
